We have standardized the creative process and divided it into the following stages:
A. Lighting Concept Design (LCD)
The purpose of this stage is to develop the concept design based on the concept vision document and project requirements, leading to approval “of the agreed concept design and submitted documents” by the relevant stakeholders to proceed to the next stage,
B. Lighting Detail Design (LDD)
Detailed descriptions for the lighting solutions after LCD document is approved by Client.
The purpose of this Stage is to develop the concept design approved by the relevant stakeholders, leading to approval “of the agreed detailed design and submitted documents” to proceed to IFC.
Lighting consultant shall assist in the value engineering process as required, and give estimation on the cost.
C. IFC Attendance (IFC)
The purpose of this stage is to incorporate feedback received from relevant interested parties on the detailed design submission and finalize the IFC drawings for Client comments and approval, which will be provided to the contractor to prepare the shop drawings.
D. Lighting Construction Guardian (LCG)
Lighting consultant will provide supervision (for installations) remotely and on site during the construction stage to ensure design intent is met.
